The hotel really needs a good revamp, not suitable if you have any mobility issues as lots of steps and steep roads they do have buggy’s to take you around the hotel but this can be time consuming. I would say that the hotel has some dated rules, when it comes to to access to drinking water, this hotel does not encourage you to take a water bottle as they have a sign on water dispenser that you are not allowed to fill your water bottle, breakfast was not the best, could use more fresh ingredients but the Greek yogurt was good.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The staff are so helpful, the breakfast is fantastic, the dinners were excellent and the grounds are meticulous. I understand some say the place is dated but I didn’t think so whatsoever. It’s great. The only comment I can make is if you have mobility issues it may be a little challenging to get around HOWEVER they do have golf carts to help. Don’t think twice. Book it. The staff make it so great too.

I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could. Firstly the view over Mirabello bay is breathtaking. The staff are extremely helpful and try their best to accommodate your needs. The food is excellent with a wide variety of Greek and international dishes. There are two free beaches within walking distance, one pebbly and one sandy and three excellent tavernas again within walking distance. The bar staff are efficient and polite. Specialist mention must go to the lovely head barman sweet manalito and the lovely and enigmatic Natalie. Don’t hesitate to book. My last visit they upgraded me to a room with its own pool as a gift from the hotel. You must go.

This property was probably stunning the day it opened. Unfortunately they have not kept up with maintenance, and so it is looking quite dated and feels a bit dirty even though there was nothing wrong with housekeeping. On the plus side, the pools were very well looked after by the pool team, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Great location, but don't recommend the buffet...

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The pools were nice and it's just a short walk down the hill to a great pebble beach that has food and beverage service. It's a short 10 minute walk into town.

I will enjoy better for free fee beach. Or to be informed the place doesn’t have it own beach or I have to pay a fee.

Got upgraded, room was big with an ensuite and a separate shower room. Ensuite had a leak from bath screen which made the floor very wet. Lovely views. Food standard for a resort this big, ate out most nights
