    The property is in a wonderful location near the pyramids. The hotel is beautiful and clean. There was free pickup from the airport. The staff are friendly and attentive. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and secure. Did not know what to expect coming from the Hawaii in the United States. The owner of the hotel is amazing. He knew that I was here celebrating my birthday and he surprised me with some beautiful gifts and I consider to be a friend here in Egypt. Thank you Best View Pyramids hotel so much for your hospitality! Will definitely be back. This is my home away from home. I highly recommend

    I came from Canada, booked two reservation with this hotel. It is safe, I forgot to lock my door for a day and Noone came in. I booked the king sweet with pyramid view and absolutely love it. The staff made sure I always had what I needed. There is cameras and a security guard 24/7 as well as receptionist. The free pickup from airport was also good as it can get rather hectic. Highly recommend best view hitel for anyone traveling with family or solo

    Great free breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety- the falafels were delicious. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very helpful with anything you may need! Free coffee and tea. The view from our room was incredible - the pyramids right put front. We stayed in the double room with jacuzzi and pyramid view. We enjoyed our time here. The staff really made it special. Thank you 😊

    We got free shuttle service from the airport because we booked for 3 days which was very nice after a long trip overseas. The staff at Best View Pyramids Hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the staff at breakfast in the mornings. The included breakfast had a large variety of food to choose from and was very tasty.

    Overall, I do not regret staying at Best View Pyramids as the pyramid view was worth it. However, I do feel that I should be honest in my review. We booked the suite and were glad we had the nice view but the suite was misleading as you would not be able to enjoy a bath and the pyramid view like the images portray since the balcony is not private and others can easily see in. Plus the bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned recently. The sheets also appeared to be dirty and overall the room could’ve been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was a bit chaotic with sheep, camels, horses, lots and lots of people. I wouldn’t plan on walking anywhere. However, I did feel completely safe inside the hotel. Lastly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, however, they are trying to take advantage of their guests. They covered a ride from the airport but were going to charge $40 USD to get back to the airport so we booked an uber for $10 instead. They also charged us $120 for the New Years Party which we quickly realized was outrageous when we were only paying around $10-$20 for all of our other meals. The breakfast was free and very tasty.

    Pros - Fantastic View from the rooftop and breakfast. (tip a little and the staff will really take care of you) feeling of being safe in a "challenging" area. Very nice staff. For what we paid - it was fine. Cons - Location has a lot animals in close proximity - Horses, camels, dogs, which create a smell and noise at night. This is not unique for the immediate area. Older property but maintained well, could use new towels, etc. had challenges with consistent wifi in the room but hot water and AC/heat worked well in our room. This was our first stay in Cairo area and we wanted a view and safe spot above all. - if you want a great view and good breakfast for a good price - this is a solid choice. You do get what you pay for so keep that in mind if your looking for "western" hotel standards...

    Rooms are very dated. No hot water and the rooms are freezing. There is a stable right in front of the hotel with horse excrement everywhere. Lots of scammers and greedy people who don’t leave you alone. Wouldn’t recommend staying here or anywhere in Giza.

    We stayed at Best View Pyramids Hotel during our visit to Giza, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were visiting from the USA, and from the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. We also felt completely safe in Giza during our stay. The location is absolutely incredible you get some of the most amazing views of the Pyramids, especially from the hotel. Waking up and seeing them so close is something we will never forget. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our time there. They also offer airport pickup and drop-off, which made arriving and leaving Giza easy and stress-free. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing blueberry drink, a really nice touch after traveling. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, and the chef was extremely friendly and helpful, always checking to make sure everything was okay. Overall, this hotel offers an unbeatable location, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Best View Pyramids Hotel to anyone visiting Giza and wanting a unique experience close to the Pyramids.

    DECENT PLACE FOR BUDGET TRAVELLERS The Best View Pyramids Hotel had a very good clear view of the pyramids from the restaurant upstairs, which was our reason for choosing this Best View Pyramids Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the view during our 5 day stay. The rooms were pretty decent for the price we paid. The price we got from MMT was very good compared to what was being offered directly by the Best View Pyramids Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the hot shower was very welcome after a long day of site seeing. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Other meals ordered, kkkparticularly the grills, were well prepared and the cook was excellent. Muhamed, the manger cum tour organizer was a breath of fresh air. He organized our tour very efficiently in what we believe was at a reasonable cost. Cons The only major complaint was that one of the 3 brothers who owns the Best View Pyramids Hotel would pester the ladies daily into buying something from the adjoining building that was selling a concoction of oils that promised to cure everything!! The daily pestering from this gentleman upset the ladies so much so they dreaded meeting him everytime they walked in and out of the Best View Pyramids Hotel. This was an unpleasant experience and unbecoming of a Best View Pyramids Hotel owner. Otherwise the rest of the staff were pretty cheerful and ready to please. The nights were generally quiet. However, the stray dogs in the locality would start barking non stop at 3.00 am every morning and that was quite disturbing. Try and take a room away from the street side. We were fortunate to have a wonderful driver, Ahmed who was allocated to us by Muhamed the manager. A very decent bloke who looked after us and guided us every day of our trip. A true Gem. Overall a good place to stay for those on a budget.
