Terrible Stay

The opera hotel is terrible. you did not bother checking that they have zero vegetarian food options. There is no kettle provided in the room and each time you have to order tea and coffee which is very expensive. The gym, sauna and steam that are always free for hotel guests have to paid for and that too exorbitant charges. The staff at front desk is not cooperative and the service staff doesn’t understand english making communication very difficult. And the wifi is so poor thatvits non existant. I would never recommend this to anyone.
