Mercure Sydney is an Awesome property. Located near the Central Station, which has maximum railway connectivity. Also has other connectivity. Hotel accommodation was good. Sizeable rooms. Breakfast options for Vegetarians, Indians - Available. Infact, the spread was the best amongst the hotels we stayed in Melbourne and Cairns. Facilities and Staff - Very Good.

The mercure hotel is worst experience I have ever had in last 5-6 years. They could not allow 2 hours late check out thought I stayed 3 nights and checked in at late night.

We had a pleasant stay at mercury sydney. The location is in cbd with central station within a walk away which is a major plus. The breakfast was great with so many options. Especially i was happy with the vegetarian options even though not much. The room we stayed had city view and was very neat and we'll maintained. Overall if i will stay in mercury sydney again absolutely.

The place is stinky and dingy. There are absolutely no amenities with as basic as water. Carpets are unclean and walls have marks. Only good part is the staff is courteous.

I landed a little early and the reception staff tried their best to accommodate me at the earliest. The room was tidy and the room service was excellent. I didn't get too many options of indian food but there are india food joints nearby, the taxis are available round the clock, a lot of places to walk around, close to the central station. Great experience

It was seven night stay and very good delivery they kept their promises, room service, and other, this is centrally located and connected to tram bus and train service so help in moving, near by cheap and affordable markets like heymarket china town etc are their so per fect package with good bar if interested. One thing they not provide mineral water to drink so buy at your own rest perfect

There were charges for almost everything ... WiFi, Movie Channels etc, No complementary Water Bottles in the room. Also we were asked for $ 100 cash per room as security. Generally hotels ask for credit card security but here hotel staff insisted on amount to be paid. Not very happy with the above mentioned things. Room didn't have a view at all.

Sydney is place to live. Take near to city center Darling Habour. Hotel like novae, ibis and many options are there for travellers. It is approx 30 mins walk from Mercure Hotel which make it Bad for stay. Also room size are very small as compared to other hotels. Rest all other services are normal.
