A Wonderful Family Stay at Cervantes Pinnacles Motel

We had a truly delightful experience staying at Cervantes Pinnacles Motel with our family. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that was just perfect for us – spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The unit had a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and all the necessary amenities, which made our stay even more convenient. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing family trip. But what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help – especially the wonderful Ms. Renee at the reception. She was incredibly polite and went the extra mile to help us out when my wife forgot her charger. Her kindness didn’t stop there – when my child accidentally broke a table lamp, I informed her with concern, and her response was so comforting: “It’s okay, accidents happen. Don’t worry.” That level of understanding is rare and deeply appreciated. The breakfast was superb – fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Though we couldn’t find time to use the lovely pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. Overall, this place felt like a home away from home. Clean rooms, great amenities, and above all, people who care. Hats off to the entire team at Cervantes Pinnacles Motel – you made our stay special and memorable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
