Overall a decent business hotel for short stay

Decent room size, basic facilities only, had a coffee maker but no water kettle, no water bottles were kept in room, was told they only provide one bottle on check-in day. Had requested for an early check-in at 1pm, however, had to wait for 3 hours to get a room Location is decent, about 10-15 min walk to Bellevue square
