The hotel was clean and the food was good but the water heater in the bathroom is centralised so we need to wait for a long time keeping the tap open till the warm water comes and if you need hot water then no option it gives only warm water that too after keeping the tap on for very long so a lot of water is wasted. I would strongly suggest the hotel team to have separate geasers/water heaters in each room for better experience

Its a nice place my kids enjoyed the swimming pool we enjoyed our stay there the staff is very polite and friendly and helpful starting from the security guard, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff and the receptionist till the restaurant staff (they are so nice and always smiling)

Didn't get the selected bed and all. Not given chance to select the room. Receptionist was just treat like a unpaid customer. Ac was not cooling. Fixed it's setting. On the time of vacating the room the ac working good. Starting too hot inside the room. Service was not good. Not worth for 200 dhs. Not happy with the service

The room was old the bed wasn't clean and you can feel the dirt on it, the bathroom was fine but no towels, however i tried to ask for extra water they ask for extra charge, it was the worst, we asked someone to clean the room but no one came

The hotel location is good, the front desk people were very kind, but the hotel was very old they have to improve and make a lot of changes, carpet was terrible the bathrooms need to be renovated parking is too bad and too narrow i dont recommend to stay during this time every thing is under construction, i hope they work and repair the inner building

First of all property is not like 4 star. It should be 2 star and the receptionist was very rude and behaviour was very bad with me. She did argument with me that i booked on less price thats why she will give me 2 single beds in room, and i was there with my wife but again and again she was keep reminding that i booked on less price so i cannot make any complain on room. I am suggesting everyone please book a 2 star hotel at least they will give repect to you. But dont book aryana hotel. They will ruin your trip.
