It is a beautiful resort situated on a steep incline. Rooms are comfortable and clean and gentry of people coming there good i. E usually couples and families. Beach is a mere 3 minutes walk from hotel. Great pool, jacuzzi, spa, gym and snooker area. Staff is friendly and provide what you require as quickly as possible. Breakfast has a lot of options and very tasty. The only downside to resort is that it has a lot of stairs since situated on a steep hill. If you dont mind stairs, it is great. Also they provide a shuttle service in case your room is at the top so that also helps. The view of beach and city from hotel are breathtaking.

Orchideacea resort is a pleasant and relaxing experience. The pool was great. The breakfast was good. Downside of this place is that, they are particular with their check in time, so all guests should plan their arrival wisely. Another thing, is that this resort has been designed and developed on a sloping site, so there is no lift and there are many steps to climb up or to go down, unless one doesn't mind. Quite unique so to say.

Hotel is a 5 min walk from kata beach but it's not the 'party beach. If you want to party, you'll have to head to patong and that is far.

Lovely stay near Kata Beach

The hotel's location is very good the staff is super helpful. They have free shuttles running to Kata and Kata Noi regularly. The rooms also have a good view of the Kata Beach. The hotel is built along a hill-side and hence there are stairs to the rooms from the lobby area. So in case you have problem with stairs, you would need to be a bit careful. Pool area is also adequate and quite a nice place to enjoy the Sun and relax. The food is also good and the restaurant very convenient and the staff were very courteous.

Great hotel for a good price

We traveled more than 15 hrs to reach the destination. But the staff was so kind to provide us early check-in, timely halal breakfast which they exclusively prepared for us.
Awesome service provided till date. Impressed by the staff's helping nature.

It was good location and the service was great.
The view and the size of room was excellent. Overall it was a great experience. They just need to provide more tour packages to the tourists.
