    the room was exquisite clan and had a fantastic view of the 2nd tallest building from room. The staff was polite and helpful and hotel even had a service robot which was cool. the location is also great as all major attractions and metro is nearby with pubs just at walking distance. The morning breakfast was okay and can add more varieties and options.

    Boss its a third class property. with bad condition of washroom and rooms. if you take breakfast you will not get instead of bread and butter. they even don't provide tea and coffee. that is extra chargeble

The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of kuala lumpur, with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort with modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. I truly appreciated the prompt service and attention to detail. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to both local and international tastes. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend ramada kl city centre to anyone visiting kuala lumpur and would definitely choose it again for my next trip!

    Property rooms are amazing spacious and well maintained. However no drinking water after 4 bottles served in a day. Food is served from outside vendor as they don’t have kitchen within hotel. Breakfast is pathetic and not valuable.

    No bell boy to help you out with moving your luggage from car to room...kitchenette and washing machine was there but both were non functional...the hotel had no in house restaurant so you have to order from outside and no room service for basic food items...I had ordered a soda which I had to personally picked up from reception rooms were good but over all service experience was very very poor ...I will never recommend this hotel for families

    Dont stay in this hotel. During room service 1k got stolen from my lugguage and a smart watch. The room service is horrible and bunch of thieves. Dont trust them.

    Rooms and hotel location are good but some descriptions are misleading. They will provide the kitchenette but with no utensils to cook. Washing machine is at 9th floor and to be used after paying separate charges.
