    The rooms dont have proper lighting. When u ask for tea they give you black tea they dont have milk. They dont give you more than one bottle in room when u checkin

    I stayed here after seeing the review and Youtube video. But far below to expectation. Room dirty, towels were smelling worst. They arrange cab but for high rates.

    Hi, nice Hotel to stay. The staff is great and helpful. Hotel rooms are nice and with good size. The bed also great and big in size. Hotel is clean no garbage in room and corridor. My suggestion to Hotel is please keep polish the tiles. There are a few tiles which look old. I have no problem for that but I don't want after giving all the nice facilities someone will ask for this.

    Stay at Suris Boutique was awesome

    Thanks to Ayu and carol who guided us to plan the destinations, also they were very cooperative. The rooms were clean. Indian restaurant (gateway of India) was just on walking distance and easily accessible. Both the girls really helped us in renting a bike and booking a cab for Ubud. Special thanks to Ayo. Stay blessed guys. Lots of love

    Good rooms with average facilities. Good location, Kuta. Good room service. Food buffet has more non veg items, Veg items also have default egg which their chef does not care even. Room and bathroom has common suited window which destroy privacy even toilet smell flows throughout in the room.

    I stayed with my family in november 2018. It's an average property. Restaurant was not good, so as complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but not adequate facility. Other than pool and location all were average. For Indian tourists good as restaurant gateway of India is nearby since hotels own restaurant was bad.
