Horrible Hotel Experience

It was a horrible experience. Booked the stay for 5 nights. The room AC was nt working, requested them again & again to change the room. They mentioned it’s unavailability for 4 nights continuously & then finally changed it on d 5th night. There was no room service available. The restaurant would open for breakfast only. They gave 1 FREE water bottle for 5 nights stay while changing 300 Euros for each night. Upon asking if they are charging for every night then least a bottle of water shall be provided, to which they responded to make 5 separate bookings in order to get a bottle of water everyday. If you ask for an ice bucket to be sent in the room, they would ask for a delivery charge of 8+ Euros for Ty r ice bucket to be sent to the room. Overall a pathetic experience.

Very good property centrally located. Nearby you have many bars and popular eateries. Very close to tram and metro stations. The rooms are spacious and the toiletries are of good quality. If you get a higher floor you can See the twin tower of cathedral. Very good service and well stocked bar and great place to stay. Will be checking in next year as well.
