    Location was good as it is nearby (5 minutes walk) main railway station zoological garden. Food not available at the property but so many food joints nearby. Amenities were good. Staff very helpful and freindly. Only problem i faced was when i reached there it was sun-day and nobody was available at the hotel and they didn't even informed me about the unlock code number. When i called them they informed me about the code to open the main door of the apartment. There was no one at the reception as well due to weekend. And i had to call them again for check-in. They told me the self check-in process on phone itself and after 1 hour waiting finally i could get the access to my room. This is very unbecoming. At least one person should be there at the reception all the time. Otherwise good property.
