Good location, hospitable staff but small rooms

It was in good location close to train stations. Staff were really helpful to tell us what to do. We were happy with the help we recieved. Rooms were small but clean.

Besides its location everything is below average. I got a room at the 3rd floor. Was asked to carry the luggage on my own to the top floor with spiral staircase. Was asked to be quiet at night as we waited for a taxi
