Air conditioning not working in rooms

In my room no 305, the air conditioning is not working at all. The reason given is that they have just one chiller and hotel is fully booked so couldn't help much. Provided us with a stand fan. This is the condition of this so called brand hotel of accor group. Must also mention that apart from this hotel was really nice. Rooms were modern, breakfast buffet was nice with lots of varieties. Overall i will not come here until they fix this ac issue in rooms
