Terrible Stay

I traveled to beijing from kolkata via bangkok by thai airways and arrived at beijing on 2 september evening. My booking was for 5 days 2-7 september. When i reported to the hotel on 2 september evening by about 7 pm local time and they denied checking in even straight away because they have not received the payment. I told them that i made the booking and payment was made through my hdfc credit card. In case if they aren't receiving it, i was ready to pay the amount by cash cny. As they had denied the check in to their hotel i had to find out a new hotel for accommodation for five days. That day it was raining at beijing and i had a tough time to get a hotel with my family members. In-spite of my personal request to pay the amount in cony by cash even, i suggest you that it's better for mm t to remove the jinjiang inn beijing from the list so that people may not get the similar experiences in future. If the payment is debited from my credit card kindly block the payment. I have already reported the incident to your customer care team also. Regards
