The property is very good , service is good but the problem was faced during check in , even though I had booking I was denied checking they wanted a booking id which I gave to them but the receptionist kept on instructing that there is 7 digit confirmation number and at the end mmt resolved it by guving a booking id of 9-10 digits , the receptionist just harassed us for more than an hour to check in and was going on asking to pay money and then take regund later if booking seems confirmed

We stayed in two bedroom villa with my family and it was awesome memories location is near to grandworld and vinwonder and hotel also providing Indian dishes and staff also very helpful specially guest experience team member Mabel she helped us lot she guided us local shops and locations and the chef Janjua Awais Mumraiz helped to prepared our food what we required thanks to everyone really great experience lot of memories with the hotel

Amazing just amazing . The resort, staff , 2-3 days are just not enough for this , I recommend to stay longer . The villas are neat and tidy , the entire staff is lovely and jovial and helpful. Good food , the restaurants in the resort are great and authentic. I feel so so bad leaving this in 3 days only if I knew would have stayed longer 🥰

I had been here with my husband, we booked a pool villa, without any iota of doubt we loved the time spent at mela vinpearl. The staff was friendly always trying to help us. Especially sara and lily. The calmness in the surroundings was just a perfect way to relax. We spent time on their private beach and their pool too. The breakfast spread was just awesome. We really loved our stay here.

Our stay at mela vino pearl was excellent. The villa was superb and we had an amazing time. The property is amazing. We enjoyed a lot on the beach and the pool. The staff is so helpful and polite and helped us in every way including getting to the airport on time. We had special requests for the meals as we are jains. They made sure we get all the meals properly and on time.
