    Overall a very nice property. Contrary to some previous reviews i saw, staff was very courteous and hospitable! quite a few indians as part of their front team. Spacious rooms. House keeping was up to mark. I was surprised when they accepted the request for extended check out and allowed me to checkout at 2 pm. Also the room wi-fi they waived off the charges though terms says it’s chargeable.

    Everything was expensive beyond the room. 6 GBP for 1 hour of wireless is a complete con. Also, food was overpriced given the disappointing quality. Only bonus was the free gym which had good equipment and was well maintained like the rest of the hotel. Location is convenient for an overnight stop at LHR.
