Not a great experience with Hilton hotels

No refrigerator in room, no water bottles, didn't accomodate slightly early check-in request (though they had rooms available, but want you to pay extra). Don't waste your money on Hilton hotels such as Double Tree or Hampton by Hilton specially in Glasgow & Edinburgh. For Glasgow, i would highly recommend Radisson Blu next to Glasgow Central Station where I had an amazing experience!

Superb stay and wonderful memories

We had a fantastic stay at hotel doubletree by hilt-on in glasgow. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk from the bus station and a short drive from the train station. We created wonderful memories in this beautiful city and can't wait to return, thank you hotel doubletree by hilt-on for a wonderful experience!

We couple stayed for one day. No facilities provided. They mention that toothbrush and shaving kit provided complimentary but didn't provide even on specific request. Staff was non cooperative. No value of money. Not expected from a Hilton chain of Hotels.

A good nights sleep and a nutritious breakfast

Brilliant stay, everything is top class. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The spa and swimming pool add a nice touch. The breakfast is great and even provided vegan sausages on request. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
