Review Of RIU Dubai - 24 Hours All Inclusive

We stayed at Riu Dubai as a family with two young children (5 and 6 years old), and overall it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food selection at the buffet was impressive – a wide variety of international dishes, fresh fruits, and options for children. Our kids especially enjoyed the ice cream and pizza corner! The highlight for the children was the pool area and the water slides. The lifeguards were attentive, and we always felt that our kids were safe while having fun. There is also a kids’ club with activities that kept them entertained, giving us some time to relax. The beach is just in front of the hotel – clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the hotel can get a bit busy during peak times, but the atmosphere is still enjoyable and lively. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday at Riu Dubai. The kids didn’t want to leave, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation in Dubai.

food was amazing, room was ok ok.. our two year old son really enjoyed the splash park, several water slides were safe enough for small kids with accompanying adult.. and the all inclusive bar is fantastic, with ice cream and slush available were a bonus and very accessible. little inconvenience in checkin and checkout as luggage trolleys are limited but we managed

From our arrival in the hotel, no one assist our luggages to be taken from our car, its just the valet parking guy who help my husband to bring our things out of the car. Next, it took 15 to 20 minutes to check in. We waited for whatever confirmation they are checking regarding our make my trip booking, which was not explained properly. And then during dinner, when we went to "The Moon" restaurant at 9:30pm to eat since dinner time is until 10:00 pm we were shocked to know that we need to book reservation which was not informed during check-in. The restaurant crew is telling its fully booked while there were still seats available and no other hotel guest were coming to eat, my husband just tried to megotiate to accomodate us after 10 to 15 minutes they let us in. As we come back to our room, after my husband took shower he saw this spider in the toilet area. He took video and called housekeeping for the issue but have not found where the spider went. We cancelled our booking and checked-out the next day and communicated with Make my trip about our experience. We were booking for so long in UAE, specially from make my trip but this is the first time we had experienced like this.

We find by google and we thought it like normal hotel stay but once we came it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely come again.

A good 3 days get away from a bustle city life to riu was a wonderful experience. The all inclusive package was awesome, right from the sea view room, unlimited variety of drinks, sports bar, food, live entertainment and parking space makes riu the most preferred staycation spot.

Good hotel it's my 2nd visit. All things are gr 8 i can give 5 * ratings but because of some staff i am giving 4* it's all inclusive, but i don't know while making a drink why they are becoming miser. Not use sufficient alcohol in cocktails. ( as such i drink very little alcohol) also, with one staff member( african) i found he is doing discrimination in service with indian origin people. But some staff are giving gr 8 service. Any way we enjoyed lots. May visit again

This is the second time that I book at the Rio Hotel and I recommend it because it is really wonderful and special .. the food is varied, very much and deliciousThe swimming pool, sea and water saliva are very funAnd the service is more than wonderful

It's a nice place. There is a need to more concern about splash park and covered it partially in the hot weather.

Everything was well organized and pools were very clean, stuff are friendly and helpful. For sure i will visit again

Riu is a good place for a quick staycation where you can send your time at the beach or in the pool

Resort is perfect for families, everything is available under one roof, staff is very helpful. Lots of variety of food available in the buffet but not to the taste of all the people.

We enjoy our stay for good for family only the swimming timing is short from 10 to 5 i mean the play side

Because it is so hot to use the pool and water park during the day, the hotel should consider keeping the pool and water facilities open longer afterwards.

Went for a staycation as an uae resident on 13th to 15th August 2022 on all inclusive basis. Everything was amazing. Our room was on 4th floor with a sea view, very spotlessly clean, comfy bed, mini bar, plug socket where needed. I really enjoyed it, choosing a pool to swim in or strolling the beach to the sea. Whilst we were there, Dubai had a sand storm, the cleaning was ongoing to dust down the furniture and common areas. Food was plentiful with many choices for all meals I just used the main dinning room. Reception staff helpful and very welcoming. Will visit again later in the year. Thanks Rui Dubai Diera Island for a well needed break 🙂
