We're given a cheaper room and on requesting a better room we're told that no room is available even though most of the rooms were vacant. Phone, ac wasn't working, water was chargeable. Most of the listed amenities weren't there. It wasn't a good experience overall

It's small cozy room, however, was a nice stay. However, the hotel didn't had a fan or a cooler or an AC. Hence, it was a little difficult to sleep closing windows and all. However, the hotel was near to Blue mosque and all.
