Nice location, bad staff and rules

Flight was delayed so arrived around 12am to find that hotel is closed from 12am to 8am at night with no staff. We came inside with the help of another guests who luckily arrived at the same time and let us in.. we then had to raise complaint try random contacts at the reception counter and then one contact worked and staff told us about a room which is open so we can go there. Thankfully we were able to sleep otheriwse would have had to look around for some other hotel to sleep in . Also the staff were very strict about the check out time and kept on calling when we were just 30 minutes past the time. Otherwise the hotel is situated at a nice location with many attractions nearby. Around 1km walking to patong beach with nice restaurants nearby.

Good and spacious room. Clean room and wash room. 10 minutes walk to patong beach. Very close to market. 200 meters to seven eleven. Good staff.

Stayed there for two nights with family. Very good location, walking distance to beach, malini market and all popular destinations. The hotel swimming pool though small but neatly managed. The rooms are well maintained. The sitting arrangement at balcony added values to the stay. Overall good stay there. The only issue is if you want more than two bottles of water in any day, you need to come down to the nearby 7x11 shop and buy it. The hotel property does not provide these on payment basis also and they do not have any restaurant facility, however many indian and thai food options are available nearby.

Had taken twin single bed room. Rooms are spacious as a result AC was little bit ineffective at night. Pool is small in size also the bathroom door was not getting locked from inside. Patong beach is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The rooms are well maintained. The sitting arrangement at balcony added values to the stay. Overall good stay there. The only issue is if you want more than two bottles of water in any day, you need to come down to the nearby 7x11 shop and buy it. The Thai Siam property does not provide these on payment basis also and they do not have any restaurant facility, however many indian and thai food options are available nearby.
