Very nice hotel with Smiling staffs. Miss Molly has guided and helped me with smiling during my stay . They have 3 beautiful swimming pools with beach view. All other facilities are also very good.

Very small rooms bad washrooms. Hotel has no lift. No vegetarian friendly hotel. Lobby has garbage everywhere. No cleanliness. Overall, it's very pathetic. We have waist-ed money and our valuable time here. Not recommended to anyone. Words are shorts to explain how bad the experience was.

Easily one of the best hotels in koh samui!

I stayed at ibis koh samui for 2 nights with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Our flight landed at samui early morning and the reception staff kindly gave us an early check-in without any hassle. I would like to especially thank ms. Tarn for helping us rent a car, the entire process was very smooth. All in all, ibis samui is a great hotel for a family stay.

Hotel with best ambience and great view. Ibis is having their own private beach with Thai massage and swimming pools. If you want to have a me time or want to get relax in peace then here you go.
