Worst experience with mmt hotel booking

I requested to early check-in but I not get it if early check-in is not providing then why there are giving option over there and I pay 1000 baht additional for early check-in this is the service giving mmt to platinum coustomer

Overrated, definitely not a 4-star ! Also receptionist at the reception greeted us by saying that our room have been upgraded ( total lie ) , we booked double deluxe family room with bathtub and she gave us room on higher floor with no bathtub by saying that we have been upgraded ( just trying to get reward or appreciation by false upgrade ) our actual room was exactly same size and with bathtub on 4th floor which she gave us after I wanted to see my actual booking ! bad view from all the floors over looking service lane and backside of houses of neighbors, tea kettle had green fungus inside which they changed after my complaint , cheap wall paper which was coming out of walls in the room , beds had no comforter neither beds could stay at one place as they were single beds attached to make it double bed but without locks (so they move from each other, room had a menu which says about charges if you break or loose any item as if they have thief's staying in rooms . very disappointing !
