A small classy boutique hotel converted from a home offers a vintage experience. Location is a bit far from the main city and the tuk tuks over charge but the welcoming and helpful staff at clove villa over compensate for that. They offer a made to order breakfast and a limited menu for dinner but the food is really good made by the exceptional chef mr. Umesh. The rooms are grand looking but lacking a bit in functionality for example they have provided kettle but no plug point nearby to use it. Special thanks to mr. Dhanush, mr. Yohan and the manager ms. Thakshila for ensuring we had a warm and confirmed stay.
