Drinking water proved only 2x500ml for two persons in a day, after that they charge for it, room was too dark very dim light, you cont read books.

The hotels location and food was good but i wish if mm t and park radisson had sorted out the payment issue before our check-in. The hotel kept torturing us to pay again inspite of me paying all the money 48 hours before checking in. I had to make half a dozen international calls to get you guys to sort this out. Moreover the hotel refused to give water bottles if we are booked via mmt. Many lessons learnt. Finally a sadiq and an i man from mm t resolved the issue

A perfect stay in Cape Town

The hotel is located at a very wonderful location in the heart of Cape Town. I had a very good stay at this hotel, the room was quite spacious with a pretty decent bathroom. Experience at the rooftop bar was amazing, very good service, must say the hotel was 5/5.

The team has a mixed bag of team members, some who are exceptionally great like the gentleman who helped me, I think LongKay was very kind and cheerful and there were some other lady receptionist, who don't even have the courtesy to smile or respond appropriately. When asked about shuttle the lady just did not bother answering properly. Training is an issue. WiFi connectivity is another issue, also housekeeping does not clean rooms thoroughly. Service of food and beverage at the bar on terrace is really poor. But otherwise its good value for money, centrally located, nice comfortable rooms.

Overall, a good experience. Some issues with cleanliness. Coffee mugs were not properly cleaned on one of the days. Suggestion as shower door in the bathroom would be a good thing to have, as all the water from the shower was spilling in the bathroom floor.

On finding out that we are vegetarians he prepared a special veg wrap for us. It was such a nice gesture. The server at rbg (the name was Siraji if I remember correctly) was really lively. Except for some issues everything else was good.
