Terrible Stay

Worst ever Hotel, no AC, no hot water, no proper bedsheets, staff, arrogant, illiterate, doesn't know how to speak, and the receptionist, even they c, worst experience ever giving fake promises, sending several engineering And even the engineer can't do work the staff, though I wish it can be again grand Makkah Hotel rather than giving in this Egyptian people worst ever experience, please. I wish no one come over here.
