    Basically excellent but i had a little trouble at the check-out

    Location, food, amenities were excellent. However, when i wanted to check-out, no one staff was existing at the hotel lobby. The bell to call hotel staff was not existing at the lobby either.

    Best place to stay in malaysia with all amenities are of top notch in spa but. Outing else to cheer about as kids hardly have any options and it takes time to find indian restaurants woven this being there in main market. Everything is walkable and best experience is jacuzzi and steam

    The property is in bukit bintang. Excellent area. 2 mins walk to all the best shopping malls. Their breakfast is just out of the world. It is very well maintained and staff are extremely friendly. The check in and check out were lightning fast. 100 % would recommend.
