The stay itself was pleasant, but the service was extremely disappointing. As a regular customer, I expected better. After realizing a mistake in my booking dates, I promptly modified them The executive assured me they would handle the refund by coordinating with the hotel, so I didn’t need to get involved—even though I was staying there and could have easily spoken to the hotel myself. However, no refund was processed, and I was left repeatedly for several days. Each time, a different executive would answer and offer the same scripted, unhelpful responses. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating and far below the standard I expected. It left me feeling disappointed and let down by their lack of accountability.

Great stay! massive property, beautiful view and landscaping, great hospitality, outstanding spa and staff. Would love to go back and stay there again

One of the best properties in ubud. You should stay here to view the lush greenery and hospitality.

The hotel staff were very kind. The breakfast timing was till 10:30 am, we went out and came back to the hotel at 11 am but the hotel staff were kind enough to provide us breakfast even though we were late. Also, they were making our life easy by providing us early checkin 2 hours at 12. Location was spot on walkable distance to monkey forest, ubud place, ubud market and very near to campuhan ridge walk. I don't suggest it for aged people because you need to climb quite a few steps to get to the room from reception. If you are young / fit to climb up and down from reception it's a good place to stay. Highly recommended to stay at least 2-3 days because it also has a spa facility.

It’s close to the city and very well maintained the staffs are very helpful the rooms are clean the environment around the resort is beautiful

This is by far the most horrible hotel I have ever been in my life. It's right in middle of the jungle, and I have seen snake roaming around in the vicinity. They charge you like 4 star hotel saying we are giving a jungle feel, but that's wrong. Cause they don't even have enough light in the vicinity to save electricity costs. Entire night we spent here scared for our lives, as there are loud noises of insects all night. Plus the manager is an arrogant old guy. He doesn't has basic manners to talk (we asked for 15 minutes prior breakfast than scheduled timing, as we had to catch lights- the manager refused). They don't give even proper toothpaste and soaps after charging such bomb costs equivalent to 4 star hotels. Food is terrible. Avoid this scam hotel and save money for a proper 4 star hotel at equivalent price.

The Hotel is beautiful. You will fall in love as soon as you enter! The staff is extra friendly. The food is good And the rooms are comfortable. Wifi was not working properly. But the Spa And pool were good!

Location is amazing, just in the lap of nature. Must experience the spa and river side massage. Out of the world experience, do not eat in hotel (except the complimentary breakfast) as there are very nice restaurants nearby "The Bridge".

Its located in Ubud rite on the banks of a river. Has a spa facing river side, the staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the best we had in Bali. Overall a fantastic place to stay. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful location, away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud but yet easily accessible. The set up is great. A bit pricey, but I was very happy with the calm and peaceful environment. Great breakfast spread with mix of Indonesian and western breakfast items. Staff is very friendly. TIP: Book your spa package in advance especially during peak season and on weekends.

It was a pleasant staying at this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. There were variety of the foods available at your choice. The service from the staff is excellent. I will recommend my friends this hotel. One must visit this hotel while he is in Bali.
