very close to Mtr station , indian restaurant and tram station, rooms are small but comfortable, clean for 1 couple, free filter water refill, and all the basics available in the room, breakfast spead is same everyday with limited options for vegetarian

I stayed there for 6 nights with my wife. The stay was pleasant. The hotel is at causeway bay and close to all attractions at causeway bay. Tram station/ bus stops are right at the hotel entrance. Mtr is close by as well. We opted for room with breakfast and telhe buffet was good as well though not many options for vegetarians. The room was spacious as well for us 2 atleast. I did read all the negative reviews and was sceptical initially but i did not face any such issues. I would recommend it for sure

It didn’t start well with Rosedale. When we booked the hotel online, it showed free water and there was nothing mentioned about the security deposit. When we checked in hotel asked for extra as security deposit. I have stayed in many hotels but none of them ever asked for it. Second, the hotel rooms were too small. Third, free water was mentioned on the site, but they were giving only 2400 ml bottles only everyday. But the good part was the room and bathroom were extremely clean and hygienic. The room was beautiful. There was a small issue in the room, but the hotel manager shifted us to a bigger room. The beds were extremely comfortable. And when we left the deposit was returned without any deduction. Baring the check-in issues really enjoyed the stay. Hotel staff is extremely helpful.

Breakfast was not that good, just okay types. Less option for vegetarians. Rooms and bathroom were too small. Only good thing happened that the reception agreed for early check in and late checkout till 1 PM. Location was near to Times square and MTR.

Yes overall hotel was good. Nicely located, shopping area nearby, hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. Food and breakfast was wonderful, also has good locations nearby including Indian restaurant. Rooms were decent and clean.

Although you need to walk a bit for getting to MTR but the hotel is definitely value for money. Excellent view from my room. Location wise pretty good, very good hospitality and facilities. Provided a free shuttle for the HKTDC and the staff was very helpful.
