We had booked 2 rooms with palladium for our 2-day stay in mykonos. If there is one word to describe our experience in the hotel, it's just ' *wow*. Haven't experienced that kind of hospitality in the best of resorts. Would detail our experience as follows 1. Check-in: the hotel arranges for free transfers from the port/airport and the taxi guy was just amazing as he showed us a glimpse of the town and gave useful insights while driving us to the hotel. Georgia, at the reception desk is always ready to help with a smile on her face. The check in process was very smooth. We were given a map of the area along-with with the dos and don'ts for different areas. Thanos gave us an overview of the hotel and made us comfortabke with different areas of the hotel. Location: it's very near to the plat-is gialos beach and psarou beach. The local bus is also easily available which is convenient and light on the pocket. 2. Rooms: we were given bohemian style rooms with a balcony. The balcony had amazing views. The rooms were loaded with all the amenities that you expect from a 5-star. The best part was that the rooms were very well insulated, so even though it was windy and chilly outside, once the enter the room it's extremely cozy. 3. Breakfast: we always look forward to the buffet breakfast. Must say that the hotel takes pride in its breakfast and they really lived up to the mark. We were introduced to the breakfast menu and shown all the available options (vegetarian. Although the non-veg spread was a lot more, but you won't go with your stomach empty. The juices, sandwiches, fruits, and salads ensure that you have a wholesome meal. For the first time, even without the traditional idli-dosa, we had a lovely breakfast. And to top it up with the service, you literally felt it was like an ala-carte. Spyros was always ready for whatever you wanted. The fresh orange juice was just amazing. Thanks to dimitris and team for making even breakfast so interactive. Hospitality: this is where you these guys are a cut above the rest. They make you feel so welcome, that we literally wanted to stay another day in hindsight with these guys. They do not have no for an answer. Every-time, you go out, you will find the room cleaned, once you enter the room. Ours was not peak season yet, but i m sure, they must have these standards even when all rooms are booked. All in all, it's a 10/10. Would recommend this to everyone who wants a good stay in mykonos. If at all i come here again, i would look no were else, probably spend a day extra with these wonderful people.
