The prices are high in vienna, so i would say that the hotel is just right for the price. The location is perfect (near the hofburg palace, although most locations in vienna are good because of the excellent public transport system. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They also served a very good breakfast, the menu was extensive. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the room had no ac, although t it was our mistake that we did not check it before booking. But, the weather was not hot, so we did manage well after asking for a fan. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. Luckily it was not that hot. You must put a query to the hotel about this
