Top class service with very friendly staff , very good food. Diah , Guest Relations Manager Relations is extremely helpful.Absolutely neat & clean room. Very close to an excellent Indian restaurant Tandoor & opposite Vietnamese restaurant SF Garden. Also it’s a great location

location -beyond excellent. it is located in the central district of HOChinh minh and almost all of citys attractions are at a walkable distance. rooms are well furnished and clean. room amenities are very good. Breakfast buffet is quite impressive with quite a few options for vegetarians as well including Indians.The staff is really pleasant and very helpful. overall the hotel made a great impression. Even though it is nearly 95 years old is quite modern yet had very nice old world charm.

It is a nice hotel situated right in the heart of the city which gives one access to all the sightseeing options of the city by walk itself The food options were also good in the complimentary breakfast as well People coming from any part of the world would have something or the other to eat and feel good The rooms were neat and clean and the staff was also great to talk to

Nice hotel at the heart of the city. Our room was on the 11th floor with city view. The kid enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Breakfast was awesome. Staff showed friendly behaviour and helped us to book a hop-on hop-off cab at a reasonable price. Overall a very good experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Grand Saigon. The location of the hotel was 10/10. It was right near the river, hardly 200m walking. There are great restaurants, bars, clubs as well as cafe options nearby at a walking distance. The breakfast spread was amazing, considering that we are vegetarians. We still felt we had a lot of options available to eat. The room was clean, the service was impeccable, and overall the experience was surreal. Highly recommend to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Rooms were clean. No balcony. Lot of noise from the road. No charging points near the bed. Not value for money

Hotel is very centrally located n we had really good time. Old wing rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and all necessities are just walking distance to the hotel.

The place exudes old world charm with all modern amenities. Spacious rooms, plenty of natural light and above helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows, nothing over the top, but just right. They make all the difference

The hotel though located in a very good area, does not exclude any thing a five star hotel has. Very average rooms very poor and bad tasting breakfast. No restaurant staff speaks or understands english. Poor room lighting and even charge for a bottle of water in the room thru housekeeping.

Very good and strategic location. Walk around nice places, near to river side. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Sleep quality very good. A coffee shop and restaurant on rooftop. Many eateries around.

The rooms are slightly older and you get that feel even when you enter the main lobby that it’s an old hotel. The location is very central and very good. However, there are plenty of modern hotels in the vicinity (district 1) that one can consider. They shut breakfast at 9. 30am! who does that and the breakfast staff is very curt and rude about it and secondly, it’s a nightmare for vegetarians as they barely serve food. Even the separate vegan breakfast which they put contains eggs. If you ask them for anything outside that like say some coriander to add to the food or some pure vegetarian breakfast to be prepared specifically, they flatly refuse. Their arrogance is very high and they don’t want to serve their guests anything further than what’s laid down. Will not come back or recommend anyone to avoid this hotel as there are plenty of options available in district 1
