    Staff was rude. The day i got checked in at 3am in 10th feb the reception staff was very very rude. Service was also not good, basics water bottles were not provided. Food was pathetic.

    Everything was good except no view or window. Packed breakfast on last day was not sufficient. Room was clean. Location is very good. Good for money. Availability for indian food near the hotel

    Refund - pathetic hotel & incorrect info- ruined our tri

    pathetic. No resolution to query and feedback raised. Had already raised a query twice about this hotel. i need refund. Room wasn't as shown. Had booked a luxury suite with terrace & balcony. Nothing was there. Just a small window which wasn't even openable. it was shown smoking allowed at hotel reception we were strictly told not to smoke in the premises anywhere. Outside food and drinks had penalty. Couldn't sleep either of the night. Our room was on 7th floor and entire night there is this motor like sound coming from top of the ceiling. How on earth can you sleep with such a loud noise. Hotel could not do anything about that. Had to just peep underneath the bed to reach out for something that has fallen then came the sight of horror - used underwear beneath the bed and dust.

    - they have no sense of room service, cleanliness and customer convenience. . - they simply arrange the same used towels on the rack - they didn’t do bed even after i checked out our in the morning and re-checked in again in the evening. They simply put me in the same room without any cleaning - staff isn’t very customer friendly

    While booking it showed up as 4 star hotel but there amenities and rooms aren’t equipped like 4 star. Bathroom is so small, bath tub is so inconvenient and water get spilled around. It’s simply 2 - 2. 5 star hotel

    Very good hotel but requires a lot of improvement

    Rooms are good, but requires deep cleaning. Cob webs are visible on the walls. Restaurant serves only breakfast and no dinner/lunch. This is something which needs to be addressed. Lighting should be immediately looked at, seberal floors lacks sufficient illumination thus seem dark. Staff attentiveness should also improve. So overall, the cost seems slightly high compared to what was provided. However, location is super excellent, close to indian restaurants, ho-an kiem lake, old quarter etc.

    The room don’t have window in the room. They not mentioned on the room specs. So there is no cross ventilation and service is very very poor. Staff are polite and cooperative. Location is excellent.
