bad experience with park inn

Pathetic. They shut their hotel after checkin from day 2 and put us in outskirt. They did not pay for the transfer and we had to pay for the same. From city to hotel was close and make my trip must reimburse the same. They did not listen to us and the reason why we chose park inn. Had it been some other hotel we would have been lucky. Entire hotel was stinking and dirty.

Park inn is very near to cardiff city centre. You can walk through st. Davids street which is 50mts from park inn hotel and reach heart of city centre within 10 min walking. Cine-world is next to the hotel to enjoy movie. Great location and pleasant stay. If anyone wants to attend convocation ceremony of their child studying in cardiff university then this is the best place to stay, as convocation ceremony is performed in cardiff utility building just opposite to this hotel.

Really spacious comfy room, good size of the bathroom with tab and shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Near to city center and all bars and restaurants. Pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
