    Despite being a 4 star didn't even provide iron and when requested asked us ti wait for a day for such a basic thing. Skybar staff behaviour was not good. They were indifferent, ignorant and didn't care much about the customer's comfort.

    This lovely hotel in most central part of Mallorca is worth every penny even if it is expensive from other standards. Reception staff is very friendly and wonderfully knowledgeable. My friend had fever and staff went out of the way in helping us. Breakfast spread was superb but not many vegetarian options. WiFi need some improvement. Sky bar is very good. All bus and other facilities are close. Good family hotel for a short stay.
