Love the stay and everything was top notch. Spa was amazing and INTI restaurant is a must try. There were so many things to explore that we missed some.

The experience was not upto par with a 5 star resort. Our events for honeymoon were cancel-led and rescheduled without information and our consent. The room service took exceptionally long time and with cold food delivered. No one was available to resolve our issues as well. The bathroom drainage were clogged and water started overflowing by the 4th day so we had to leave. I will definitely be reporting this to the concerned department.

Due to the weather conditions our flight was cancelled, my parents were unable to celebrate their wedding anniversary however the hotel had initially agreed to a credit note now suddenly took a complete u turn and refused to do the same costing us money for no fault of our own

The property is an hour’s drive from port louis. The property is very scenic and beautiful with a lot of activities to keep you and your family busy and entertained. Amazing restaurants with great food options from every cuisine are available. Overall had a great time and enjoyed a lot!

This property is seriously the best property i have ever been to. Nothing beats the hospitality over here. The only thing i did wrong was not booking the all inclusive package. And not enjoying it more. The best place to be. The location is a bit off. As it is far away from areas like grand baie and you would require expensive cabs to take you there at night. Still the best property ever. Thank you for having us lux. We will be back.

Hi all Hotel : Its nice , clean commercial but maintained exceptionally good . It’s a very large property with lot of restaurants which are must to try . the hotel is good with kids as they have lot of activities Rooms : the rooms are divided into superior , deluxe , junior suite and the suite with different views. minimum deluxe or junior suite according to me . Service , Food & restaurants : breakfast is good , everything fresh and u can also request special order as per diet conditions or restrictions . you should defiantly try the beach rouge , bodrum , BB’s . Hygiene: very clean restaurants , bathroom , public area , surroundings. Special thanks : Mr. Christopher the manager of beach rouge ( he is a gem of a person and always try to make u comfortable . hats off to this guy ) , the housekeeping staff , service manager at the restaurant , chef DEEPUCK and his entire team for making a us very comfortable and for taking care of our requirements , Mr. Niv at the reservation desk and Mr. hansley for his services. Points to remember : you should take this hotel minimum with half board as per my understanding or you can take with breakfast and try all other restaurants. we took with breakfast as we are strictly vegetarian and wanted to try different restaurants every day Taxi will charge approx mur depends on the vehicle from airport , you have to do bargain for same . Nothing is outside the resort . Many water activities are free in the resort . IF u want to go to Port Louis than it will take approx 1 hr with taxi and 1.5 hrs by bus , take 22 port louis which is right outside the hotel and charges 34 MUR per person one way and return same bus 22 grand gaube or taxi which will charge approx MUR both sides. beach is fine. Very reasonable and good Enjoy your trip .

Our trip as a couple couldn't have been better. The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is amazing and the ambience is fantastic. The hotel is a good choice for vegetarians also. Mozzarella pizza and vegetable kadai are a must try.
