centrally located but the access to the hotel is pot holed in every which direction. Clean rooms however they can do with a little bit of refurbishing . The amenities are very basic , lunch /dinner menu very limited .

It is a great hotel located at a convenient location. Great rooms loaded with all the comfort amenities. Very cooperative staff in all aspects. Not a single complaint in 6 days of stay. ATM machines located in the hotel lobby which is an extra convenience. Lemon bar and grill was also fantastic. Great ethics an cuisine at the grill and the spice restaurant. It was like a 5 star stay. Special thanks to Estafanos, Yohan, Meremba and Sisay for the extended support.

The staff are warm, friendly and courteous. The spice restaurant is good for its buffet breakfast. Rooms are large, spacious, clean with all amenities. The location isn't bad either. The coffee-shop, next to main entrance is good too. Overall, a nice property but a shade expensive.

Location is central which is the upmarket place in Addis. Many restaurants and nightclubs in the area. However the hotel is constructed with no view or room around on a small congested street. With nice rooms but the food in all restaurants is below average including the buffets served for breakfast/lunch. If you are on a business trip then advisable to stay here as the rooms are big nice and clean and value for money where the tariff is lower than most chain hotels. Close to the airport with bus shuttle service available at no extra cost.
