Maitria Hotel Sukhumvit 18, A Chatrium Collection

Review - The hotel is at a vey attractive location but it is not very good for Vegetarian people. The staff is nice and cooperative though.

The stay was very hygienic and staff was very helpful and the quick response we received even at midnight too. The food was so fantastic which we had fruits and the other authentic food which was delicious.

Overall it was good except for one thing we had booked a site but had a bad experience and still hasnt been able to resolve it. This has left a bad taste for me

I had a fantastic stay at Maitria. The location is perfect - easy access to BTS and MRT stations. Nightlife , lots of food options and shopping options within easy reach. The rooms are clean and spacious and comes with a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The only con was the breakfast didn’t have much variety so one could skip breakfast option and choose any of the cafes nearby. Highly recommend staying here.

Location is fantastic. Very central as it is extremely close to both Asok BTS Skytrain Station and Sukhumvit MRT. Just 5 mins walk to either of them. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Room has various equipment and accessories whic are super useful including refrigerator. Staff are very polite and helpful. Hotel lane is in main area but the lane is quiet and peaceful. There is a 24 hrs supermarket just at the start of the lane. Excellent location and property for families and couples alike. Major malls of Emsphere, Emquartier and Emporium are all just a 10 min walk away.

everything is gr8. even they provided breakfast at 6 am as my flight was early morning.. gr8 location and easily accessible

This is one of the best affordable hotels in sukhimvit. Ask buts is 800 meters away. Nearby big malls. Good indian restaurants nearby in the vicinity. Taxis are available 24/7. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Good for a family stay.

This was my nth time to this hotel and the experience like always was very good. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They always oblige with early check in and late check out.

The property location wise is good. The services were not upto the mark with price of rooms. 1. In room dinning- quick and good 2. House keeping- delay. 3. Infrastructure- needs a lot of make and shape.

The stay was pleasant. The location was great, with walking distance to two metro stations. Options in the breakfast buffet were limited. Also, there was an issue with setting the temperature on the air conditioner, as it kept changing without user input after some time.

Perfect location, clean and spacious rooms, closer to asok bts and to amritsar 22 indian restaurant lots of indian restaurants nearby and shopping area closer by bts. Stayed for the second time will repeat again

This hotel is located at so sukhumvit 18. So quite accessible for public transport. Room was nice with all necessary amities. They asked for credit card number for security but they didn’t charge anything. There is a coffee club in ground floor. Complementary breakfast is provided there in this cafe.

I have raised a request with mmt 8 days back. All i’m getting is an automated response mail and nobody is attending my complaints. Dont act as if you are concerned about your customers. You are just faking it.

The maitria hotel at sukhumvit so 18 is a great hotel with a central location. We stayed here for 7 days at their 1 bedroom suite and were very comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel staff was helpful too. The 1 bedroom suite was large enough for a long stay for a family of 3. It had a kitchen, washing machine and bath-tub, all of which were very helpful as we were travel-ling with a child and cooked our own vegetarian food. The bed was comfortable and rooms were kept clean. The restaurant - coffee club serves good coffee, but there are barely any vegetarian options. The staff however was kind enough to prepare vegetarian fried rice and sandwiches for us when required. The maitria 18 hotel is close to several indian restaurants and terminal 21 mall. There's also a 7-11 convenience store and an excellent place to order mango sticky rice at the start of the so 18 street.

Amenities were good, only flaw was drying option in washing machine not working properly. Also, microwave not working in other room where my friend stayed. Other than this, it was plea-sent stay
