Very premium property. Friendly staff and great experience. Our room had a great view of the city. Peaceful and hospitable. I enjoyed my stay here.

The pictures do not show the real truth and the staff are trained to be con artists. When we checked in they were weirdly pushy about keeping a usd 100 deposit for “in room dining and minibar” if used after having several bad experiences with hotels in the past we refused to give the deposit as it wasn’t mentioned to us before hand, while checking out they falsely accused us of smoking in the room which is really dumb as we had booked a suite with a balcony to smoke outdoors and had no reason to smoke in the room. They forced us to pay the initial usd 100 for “damages” by keeping our bags hostage and not allowing us to leave the property. They almost made us miss our flight back home and made our driver wait 45 mins before he could drop us to the airport. Unfortunately we had no choice but to pay the $100 but i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. And they had their eyes on the $100 deposit from the start

We had a wonderful stay at au lac. Mr. Phuc at the reception was polite and supportive and the hotel was at a very decent location. Loved our stay peace and love
