Disappointing Stay – Smoke Smell Everywhere & Rude Receptionist

We checked in late and were initially allotted a room on the 5th floor. While walking to the room, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. We hoped the smell wouldn’t be inside the room, but to our surprise, the room itself was filled with smoke odor even after half an hour of ventilation. When we requested a room change, the male receptionist was extremely arrogant, reckless, and showed a lot of attitude. Only after a 15-minute argument did he unwillingly agree to change our room, and we were shifted to the 2nd floor. That room was slightly better, but still not good, as the entire hotel smelled of smoke. The rooms are spacious and reasonably clean, but there is no proper ventilation, and the behavior of the male receptionist was the worst I’ve experienced. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall a average stay. If you a have to stay for a short time and you wanted to be near to airport. The WiFi speed was good. The breakfast served was just ok.
The room had a bad smell and there was lot of noise of some construction work going. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. They provided free airport pickup but after so much hassle and calling them 4-5 times. We reached airport at 12:15 AM. Called hotel for the pickup, first they said to get a taxi and come on your own, as the driver is sleep, and disconnected my phone. After calling several times to reception and the hotel office and reminding them that we already had informed about the arrival a day before and they advertise free airport pick up 24x7. They said they are sending a driver. Overall it is average if you have a short stay. Near to airport.
