Amsterdam Court Hotel New York had super excellent location in times square new York. Beyond that there is nothing positive to report. One of the surprise was per person basis charge for toiletries, towel and WiFi. Claiming to be a 3 star plus this should be basic. However location made us forget everything else.

A big cheat. Don't stay here

This hotel is a big cheat. I booked a standard queen room for one night. The room I was offered was the tiniest room one can ever see. There was no space to walk or unpack the luggage. The view outside the room was very sad. Some old dirty terrace. The staff denied to change the room citing unavailability. Supervisor Susene promised a reply from the manager but never happened. Big cheat.

Just for location, I would rate 5 star, other than this, is decent average hotel. Staffs are helpful. They also have facility for left the baggage without any charge. Rooms are okay but carpet looks dirty. Bathroom was neat and clean.
