hi I am traveling from Dublin to London for a short stay, bit confused, this hotel because of too many holiday inn hotels for vicinity still ok location was good bus service no. 55 every 30 min. Breakfast average so nice experience.

No food change same day same hare, and no room locker, no room refrigerator

It's OK if you prefer to stay near T5 . Or else better to avoid this hotel . Family trip . I would not prefer of your trip is related to London city . Also very average rooms . Smelling Corridor . No much variety of breakfast . Very average . Only for the people who wish to go T5 can stay .

Accessing Hotel is big problem, no metered taxi. They have hop pa shuttle which charge 9 pound return journey from T5 terminal. Taxi have fixed charge of 25 pound to drop to hotel. So consider the above charges while considering the hotel. Breakfast not good for Asian Vegetarian, not much options to choose from except bread-butter, milk and cornflakes along with juice to pick from. Rooms are clean with self service option only.

Excellent place to stay if you have early morning plane to catch from Heathrow. Good staff with excellent hygiene and breakfast. Connectivity is also good with Heathrow shuttle service every 1 to 2 hour one way. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

It was near the airport, clean and the room was an okay size. It was easy to get to by the hoppa bus. I asked for a taxi in the morning which came on time. Facilities in the room were good. The price and location good. Ambience somewhat depressing especially if you go in at night like I did.
