Dear Guest, Thank you for your candid comments which we respectfully disagree with. The Booking was made for 2 male adults who had already checked-in at the Hotel. On a particular day there were 2 extra visitors (1 male and 1 lady visitors) who wanted to go up to the room, which was politely refused. The Hotel offers the restaurant lounge in case the in-house guest would like to conduct meetings with their guest. We wish you had reported any observations to our 24-hour Reception, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Duty Manager who all work round-the-clock to resolve any guest issues immediately when reported. Unfortunately, nothing was reported during your one-night stay only. At the Savoy, we take every criticism if genuine as a challenge to improve.
