Spent 3 days without blankets. Told over and over again but nobody came. Wi-Fi issue was there, but after telling 3-4 times, they sent their expert. Hotel to Sharjah airport paid hotel cab was 110 AED. Rest all well.

The property location is very close to metro which is good. But the hotel building is very old and there are small cockroaches everywhere. I wouldn't surely recommend it for a family. May be ok for bachelors. Looks like the mm t reviews for this property are mostly by same ids

I had to be on a hotel for my flight the following day. Bathroom is bad, water just stays on the floor, i did ask to put me in non-smoking room but i guess they dont even have 1 i had to put on my face mask during my sleep stains on pillow covers are unforgivable, staff are no where to be found rooms service phone is always busy.

The room smell like old house, dirty pillow, dirty blanket, and whole room looks like ghost house, everything is red red red only, i'm scared also, i ordered tandoori chicken and charcoal chicken, they give same sperate plate, and take different amount, that tandoori chicken is very hard, i cannot eat also, same like stone, the wifi is not working, always disconnect, wifi made me mad whole day. I recommend to make my trip, please u leave this hotel, otherwise make my trip name also spoiled, u r star also going down

First of all a big thank you to mr. Salman front desk manager for everything he is the heart of the hotel. Very near to the airport, didn’t try the food, service is good but you guys should start providing drinking water also. Rest all was v good hope to see you guys soon.
