Poor Stay

The hotel is well maintained. However the value for the amount paid doesn't justify it's price. Things which was promised in the broucher were not delivered. Such as welcome drink fruits even though we had taken a top end hotel. The night receptionist named new was not friendly and had attitude. There was an incident that happened and should not have happened in the hospitality industry. There was a tea spoon which was taken by the fnb staff and during checkout the receptionist named dream started asking where is the tea spoon and asked me to write a letter confirming that it was taken by fnb staff. Just to let them know that i am myself working in the hospitality industry for last 15 yrs. I have worked for several top notch brands and never in my entire career we have asked any customers to write a letter confirming someone has taken the tea spoon. This was a very awkward action from the side of the hotel. They need to upgrade their service standards in order to compete in this industry.

Had a wonderful stay at The Old Phuket- great room, lovely staff and a beautiful hotel property- close to the beach and with its own cafes/shops- you don't really need to venture far. It was my birthday and the staff got me a cake, which was very thoughtful and sweet.

Nice hotel, staff has no courtesy don't know the hospitality even the hotel manager, property is good and well developed.. To owner, sir we feel we are in school not in the hotel. Pool is awesome.

Very nice hotel

Stayed at the Old Phuket Karon beach resort for 3 nights in 2nd week of October 2016. It's a very nice property with huge area, nice lawns, 2 swimming pools. Breakfast served was very nice and had lot of choices of food. Very close to the beach.

For couples who want to spend a quality time together. Near Karon Beach which is unlike the buzzing Patong beach, hotel is really good but no beach view. Breakfast and lunch/dinner a bit expensive if not included in the package. An Indian restaurant named Baluch close to hotel (10 mins walk).

WiFi in hotel is not even at all the places. I had a very bad experience with WiFi signal in my room 126. Other than that facilities in the hotel were good. Breakfast had good options. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Hotel staff was helpful.

Hotel was good for staying near beach but hospitality was very poor and they do not know even basic English. Otherwise nice resort for staying. Recommended for staying if going to karon beach for a peaceful vacation. Should try if you dont have language problem.
