Great location, Very helpful staff, the resort is huge and very scenic. We had an amazing experience.

Pullman lives upto its brand at this property, facing lovely Karon beach and looking over it right from the rooms, stay here provides a great ambience. Property is huge, well equipped rooms, luxuries spa and over 5 different huge pools to enjoy.

Property - one of the best properties i have ever been to and property is so big and it is very well Maintained. Plz keep this up . I will 100% stay there again and will stay for longer period this time. Kids friendly and safe for kids, especially kids pool and kids play room staff was very polite and helpful in keeping kids busy with activities all day long. Only 1 suggestion must extend kids play room time from 6 pm to 8 pm. So that kids enjoy more. Location of this property is perfect. Have good market and eating joints near by. Beautiful and clean beach no noise and no crowds , families can spend time in peace and kids can enjoy beach. Food - food quality was on top. Delicious and well cooked food we had. Enjoyed breakfast they have large varieties of options in breakfast to offer. Everything we loved. We really enjoyed this property and coming back here next time for more number of nights. Just want them to increase kids room timings to 8 pm. 5 stars from my side. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

nice resort in the quieter side of Phuket. lots of greenery and has access to the beach. rooms were clean and many of them have nice views as well. staff is helpful.

Over all hotel was good experience. Location was good, near by shops were easily accisible. Food was good. Enjoyed breakfast. Facilities were very good. Fitness center and swimming pool was excelent

One of the best properties that I have stayed in Thailand. Excellent staff and concierge service. Food options also were good, thanks to the Indian Chef. Massive property and close to Karon beach.

Our stay at Pullman was truly comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, which made our experience even more special. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and the breakfast spread was something we looked forward to every morning. The hospitality was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff, and the property itself was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for a relaxing gateway.

Rooms needs a lot of improvement. We were in F4143 which had a persistent problem of water level being too high in WC and nobody fixed it. Also our room didnt even have a doorbell! Rest hotel and premises and people’s behavior is absolutely great but the room did dampen our experience. It was not aesthetically good looking either - many elements such as the mirror style and cupboard below TV looked old fashioned and not upto a 5 star hotels level of aesthetics

Location is far from paying, property is good and amenities and services was also good.....yes someone can enjoy there

Location is a bit far from everything just cu z hotel itself is a huge property with park. To go to the beach or restaurants takes time like 10 mins walk. Breakfast was poor for 5* hotel and almost same every day. Got paid upgrade on reception for “sea view room” got very old room, after my complain got changed for refurbished but smaller room without refund. Been here 7 years ago, hotel was much better.

The staff was polite & courteous. We had a very comfortable stay. Much improvement required in the breakfast menu
