It was a good experience because of the nearby places, beach was very close, market, restaurants etc. Pool was big and breakfast near pool was awesome.

worst experience I ever had with the stay. the hotel didn't even provide telephone in the room so if you have any problem you need to go down to the reception to tell them. there is no housekeeping after 5 PM and when the rain comes the wall starts draining and they asked me to change room it was very small and terrible. Everyday for bottle and coffee they come very late. if you ask them for umbrella, iron they will say someone else has took it everytime. I would recommend not to stay here .

We booked our stay at 7Q Beach Hotel based on the property pictures and its proximity to the beach. However, our experience turned out to be quite disappointing upon arrival. The property was poorly maintained, there was no proper food service, and the breakfast offered was very limited and of poor quality. Room cleaning was also not done during our stay. The most unpleasant experience happened during our checkout. We checked out, confirmed with the front desk manager that all dues were cleared, and left our luggage in the lobby while we went shopping. Later, when we returned to collect our bags, the staff suddenly claimed there was a stain on a pillow cover and demanded payment. It’s unclear why this wasn’t noticed earlier during housekeeping or at the time of checkout. When we questioned the front desk manager, Mr. Zaaed, he unprofessionally suggested that we wash the pillow cover in the bathroom or get it cleaned outside. This is certainly not the way to treat guests. Due to time constraints, as we had a flight to catch, we were forced to pay 200 Baht unnecessarily. We even missed our bus and had to hire a private cab. Overall, this was the only unpleasant experience during our trip, and I would strongly advise against staying at 7Q Beach Hotel. If you like economical or low cost at bad hotel , then this is your choice. Only good part is it’s close to Patong beach and swimming pool is decent

we got the bad bugs into the bad and that to really big, the electric catal was not working. no dustbin into the room.

location was prime. very polite and humble staff. The pool area is very near and clean. for us it was a home like stay ... totally recommended

Food didnt try here, ac was not working in first room then room changed, then remote of ac was not working then they changed the battery if remote, there is no telephone in the room, you have to rush everytime downwards for any issue, only two staff so it was tough to manage for them.. overall bad experience

The Hotel is nearby the nightlife of Phuket, but the rooms are really terrible. They don't have 4 to connect reception. Also, the room quality and the hygiene is issue and there was many insects in the rooms.
