its a nice property - around 40mins from ferry from main land and party place. they have a private beach which is amazing and food is good although being a vegetarian, its an issue:( Remember its secluded from Tonsai Pier where all pubs and restaurants exist. last boat from Pier is at 530pm so no way you can catch night life!! but if you want to chill and swim and watch corals, its perfect. (they also run boat trips directly from the beach so thats doable if you spend 2 nights there). staff is decent and very prompt n helpful.

We being jain vegetarians from india, preferred eating the ready to eats we carried from india. The staff got annoyed at that as we did not buy from their restaurant. They starved charging for every small thing which they offered for no charges earlier. They showed no respect and no hospitality. A big no for vegetarian or vegan people as you would not find any options to eat here and the staff will bother you if you get from outside.

Phi phi beach resort is a very nice cozy place. Very courtesy staff. Humble rooms i’d say. But overall had an amazing time.

We really loved the place. Entire staff was very friendly and polite. We had a great time there. I would highly recommend this place

the resprt was terrible. the only good thing was food. also, they charge extra to take guests from pier to the resort by their boat.

Very friendly staff and such a different experience

It was my sons birthday and we wanted to celebrate in phi phi island and what better place than doing in phi phi relax resort.

It takes time to reach there, a few boat rides, but the food, the beach, the staff. They just win you over. Recommended for couples and families with 5+ yr old children

It was the worst travel experience of my life, firstly they do pure business, firstly we have to travel through boat to go to them, and usually they charge 150 bhatt with sharing boat which is usually in 1 or 2 hour gap of arrival of ferry so if we do private they charge 1200 bhatt, in this scorching heat difficult to wait so long, Secondly the hotel room does not have enough light, any toiletries, or any kettle or any refrigerator or anything, they totally disrespect you all the mangement is very rude except few. You have to travel again and again even to get water bottle or anything no room service anything even one staff asked me to mopped beach sand in the room myself. Overall horrible experience
