Very good property. Very accessible to the beach and main street. Good helpful staff. Very happy to have stayed there.

Nice location, close to beach, Definitely NOT A FIVE STAR, Average Hospitality, Breakfast buffet is purely European (not advisable for vegetarians) overall an average experience, only plus point is location.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s right in the middle of Soi 7. You walk to the beach in 2 mins and central Patayya is also right next to it. The swimming pool on terrace is too small. You can use it to feel like in a large tub. The breakfast spread is small. More like Europe hotels with basic fixed stuff everyday. Staff is nice. Rooms are nice, clean and big. There is nothing much to do at hotel. If most activities you plan is outside and hotel is to come back to bed. Then this is best. We got for 2.2k baht for a night which was a pretty good deal

Good Place to stay with caribn staff , nice rooms and good spread of Breakfast. Close to Beach and easily accesable

The hotel was adequate. Room was a but small but all amenities were there . The infinity pool is not as big as was shown in the photos and the beach view was partially blocked by construction work. However staff was professional and helpful . They didn’t also take any security deposit. Location is inside an alleyway but beach is very nearby and is 2-3 minutes walking distance . Walking street is also nearby to the hotel . Breakfast buffet was quite good , however vegetarian guests may not find many options. Room rate could have been a bit less . In room service was also good .

excellent property and very near to beach. near local market where u can do shopping plus lot of Indian /fastfood /thai restaurant nearby for your food requirement. cans are easily available from beach road which is nearby.

The hotel at good location Staff services courtesy all top notch… breakfast menu predominantly non veg of extreme nature.. hence I didn’t find any Indian family staying here.

The hotel location is great with many pure veg restaurants within 500 meters. Beach is just 5 minutes walking distance and a lot of open bars on the street. Yet the once in hotel no disturbance of the outside bar.

Very very poor experience. This is not more then 3 star property. Facility are poor. Toilet stink. Seepage every where. Staff is very rude. We had a worth time in this property.

The hotel is not up to 4 star standards, and the reception staff is a bit rude to help, the breakfast is european spread mostly

Nice comfortable stay. Good rooms. Very close to the beach & most attractions. Good indian restaurants nearby, even pure vegetarian. A bit noisy outside till late night but manageable.

Must visit this hotel , very neat and clean, good location, super view rooftop pool, staff behavior is very good and very helpful. I love the stay at Blackwood's hotel pattaya. We traveled for overnight and reached Bangkok airport early morning and also reached hotel earlier and i asked for early check in as i have a baby with me, they have arranged room for me very helpful.

Had a very nice experience at hotel smart signature on a short, low-budget, transit stay close to the airport. The rooms are comfortable, food is tasty and importantly the staff are very welcoming, helpful and cooperative. Recommend it!

Nice hotel, helpful receptionists, good breakfast, good location, ac is very strong and comfortable beds.

Overall, the behaviour of staff was very polite and good. Hotel services are on time, especially they give complimentary drinks and snacks on daily basis.

It’s a good hotel in a nice location. Everything you need is close by. Beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff is pleasant and responsive to your requests.
