This property is closed to all major malls in bangkok. Platinum mall, nana plaza all r near by and the best thing is that metro station is close to this hotel so we can take a metro to airport in 70 bhatt for 2 people and if you take cab it will charge you 500 bhatt. So definitely i recommend this hotel. In bangkok you can't find better than this

It is an affordable hotel. The breakfast had Toast, egg and to my surprise rice and dal; they don't realize that we don't eat dal rice in the morning. Wifi is on each floor and doesn't get connected outside. It is very difficult to get public transport near the hotel.

Rooms were very stinky and no ventilation because of which we got suffocated. When we complained to the hotel staff, they said, "Nothing can be done, since rooms are small".

Regarding guest feedback, we are please be clarify guest has come check in around midnight first request they would like to cancel booking to stay other hotel but we already informed for the booking is non refundable condition guest has check in go to the room and come back at front desk request to move room our staff has show up room available at that time and informed with guest if you need to move other 2 rooms can not be on the same floor but guest request to stay as the same floor. Our staff has informed with guest is for this moment have no room on the same floor because of late time guest already check in. If you request to move room with same floor tomorrow pleased contact at front desk again we will pass you request for our team as morning shift to handle, In this case guest never contact with our team again we apologize for any inconvenience for this time hopefully you team have to understand our situations.

Good location, just 5 minutes walking distance from MRT and Airport link station Makkasan. Staff was very good and friendly. Room was clean with good cooling. Not able to use Wi-Fi in the room. Specially room no. 310. Staff was willing to help me with this Wi-Fi problem, but I was not having time.

Location was good. There is no smoking room, which created a lots of problem for our group. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel. Only tea maker machine available but no tea/coffee sachet or sugar cube in room. Please take care the above matters.

This hotel is well located near airport link and MRT station. We find absolutely no problem in finding this hotel. Staff of this hotel are very cooperative. They helped us in many ways like booking tickets and finding different places. Food court is a average one. Nearly you can find different shops for regular purchase. We enjoyed staying here.
